every time we try to get on line to my account it won’t come up. We have 3 family members at 3 different addressews and internets and it happens to us all. About 1 time in 10 we can get into it. Could you please check this out. Thank you

I have tried to manage my account and can not do so. When I enter my phone number it tells me the phone is already registered to someone. That someone is me. I finally had to contact customer servic e via phone to find our about my account balance???
This is crazy.
