Apple And ThinkSecret.com Reach Settlement

Apple Inc (AAPL.O) and the website that leaked secrets about the Mac computer, the iPhone and the iPod have reached a settlement that includes the site being shut down.ThinkSecret.com was created by college student Nick Ciarelli,who started the site at the age of 13.Nick said in his statement:
“I’m pleased to have reached this amicable settlement, and will now be able to move forward with my college studies and broader journalistic pursuits”.
Apple filed its suit in January 2005 after ThinkSecret published details of a stripped-down Macintosh computer called the Mac mini two weeks before the product was launched formally.
