to whom it may concern, I was without service for three days before someone was able to come out and take a look at my system, iwas not please with the operators that I talked to on the phone they gave me the impression that they could careless about my problem I’m very disapointed with the way I was treated and I’m thinking about switching to some one who cares about there customers I’m not a happy camper.
