One last note, back in the sixty’s and early seventy’s seemed everyone turned a blind eye and looked the other way.Not wanting to get involved.A warm hug to all that chose to get involved, that helped look for this dear child and to those who continue to provide some justice to this child so as if there is any sort of after life perhaps she will find peace and comfort in knowing someone cared.I honestly believe that if more people took a stand for what is right and weren’t so afraid to get involved perhaps the world would be a better place for the children and society would be healthier for generations to come.

As Far as I am concerned there is no healing when it comes to the Shaniya Davis case.The whole story puts a knot in my stomach as at 49 years old it brings back all the pain and suffering I went through in my childhood.The sexual abuse,the beatings ect.To this day I can recall my first experience at age seven.The brown towel my father had around his waist ect. I remember being tied to my bed ect.The threats and secrets .I remember every single detail as though it just happened.That poor child changed the very moment it happened.Whats worse is you don’t understand why, what happened or what you did wrong.Your lost in a nightmare that you don’t understand.Scared from that moment forth.Mind and body racked with pain and torment.Fear beyond fear.I could go on and on… My Mother knew but turned the other way.This went on for years.Back in the 60’s the police didn’t believe me.Even though they had pictures of my naked body covered with welts.I’ve been on my own since I was 13.My mother has since passed away.My mother tried making amends,my Father to this day still deny’s any wrong doing.And yes when I was about 12 if I recall correctly they were finally arrested but money bought Judges back then.The system can lock the accused away and same for the Mother but even then it’s not justice enough.The look in that mans face I’ve seen it before, it’s called denial.He has no remorse his only regret is that he was caught.I have two grown children and to me no matter how old they get they will always be my babies.Think about it… I don’t know about the rest of the world but at age five and seven I didn’t know there was a differance between boys and girls.One body part was the same as another till my inocence was stolen from me. for years I felt differant,like I was a freak or that perhaps I did something really bad.I tried so hard to figure out what it was that I did.At age five and seven you don’t have any coping skills to help you mentally escape.I am enraged by what has happened to this child ,for all I have been though in my life I have mixed feelings about any God.I sharred with you all so you could have a small glimpse into the true suffering this child went through .I promise you two minutes,five hours it was an eternity for her.Toture of the worst kind imaginable.

what kind of people work at that hotel i would have been very suspicious seeing a young child being taken in to a hotel (carried) she was five years old if there wasnt something wrong with her she shouldve been walking that hotel worker should have been more mindful of who is checking into the hotel also did they have a camera inside the elevater? this child might still be alive if someone was a little bit nosy the way i am i am horrified lord have mercy on us all

the mother,Quinn, whose personal tradegies you are making your income from, has all the classic symptoms of a dual diagnosis, bipolar disorder and chemical dependency. yes, it is true, maybe she did have too much money and too much time on her hands. but the facts are this; you are not a psychiatrist, you have the empathy and understanding of an animal. consult a neuropsychiatrist, get your facts straight, lawyer.

Sylvia, Thank you for replying to my comment. Let me clarify, my Grandson doesn’t need cancer treatment at this time. His doctors think they were able to remove all of the cancer and they do not expect it to return. However, he has to have a cat scan every 3 months. They are compared to the original one done after the surgery, to determine if there is any new cancer growth. The judge did not order my daughter-in-law to return the baby for the cat scan.

My son has an attorney. The judge ordered the hearing was over before the attorney could have an opportunity to tell him about the cancer scan in the court room. Everybody was sent away so my daughter-in-law could take drug test and then to await the results of the drug test. The Judge called both attorneys when the result came back, and even though my daughter-in-law tested positive for drugs, he awarded her custody.

The next day, the Judge had a conference with both attorneys. My son’s attorney tried to explain the necessity of the baby being here for the cat scan, but the Judge held his hand up to silence him, as though it were of no importance to him.

My son called Child Protective Services, but they told him the Judge made his decision and there is nothing they can do.

The baby’s oncologist is going to provide a letter stating the necessity of the cat scan, so we can file a complaint against the Judge for ignoring it and try to get the baby returned for it.

We have obtained the Judge’s address, as well as the Governor of KY’s address, the Chief Justice address and the address for the Executive Secretary of Judicial Conduct Commission.

Numerous outraged citizens are sending complaints against the Judge to all of these addresses.

My Step Father is the Pastor of a Church. The congregation is providing a lot of support and they have been trying unsuccessfully to get some newspapers or television news involved. The media shows no interest in getting involved until a child looses their life or is missing. We are trying to get them to help us prevent this from happening.

My son’s attorney is requesting an appeal this week. He said he has never seen a Judge make a decision like this in his entire career. Hopefully all of the complaint letters will put enough pressure on the right people so they will feel obligated to investigate the Judge, and review the Court Transcriptions and results of the drug test that are the proof of what I am telling you.
