I REALLY hate SmartZone. Why do I have to go to the SmartZone page when all I want to do in go to my Inbox? You’ve added an extra step in the process….sometimes 2 steps because most of the time the system won’t save my screen name and password for 2 weeks like it’s suppose to, so I have to sign in every time I want to get to my Inbox and that’s after I already went to the SmartZone page.

I want to be able to click on the Homepage email icon and go DIRECTLY to my Inbox and bypass the Smart(Stupid)Zone page. Why did you have to change the email system? It worked well before. The new system is very annoying and a waste of time. Perhaps you could separate the email and voice mail and put 2 icons on the Homepage and let the user decide which place they choose to go IN ONE STEP. Voice mail users could click on their icon and people who just want to go to their Inbox could click on their icon. How hard could that be to do? Please lose the SmartZone. It’s bad. Really, really bad.

Yep, for some reason it won’t let me log in. Saying my email/username is invalid even though I logged on this morning! Really frustrating!

I have been having a lot of these same problems. Couldn’t get to sign in page. Passwords wouldn’t work when I did somehow. Sign in page just bounces back when I submit etc. I went to G MAIL website. They have a trouble shooting section.

The answer was to go to options under tools and delette all temporary internet files from your cache. Then set your computer to accept all cookies. This actually works for awhile until I get it messed up again. I just tried it and it worked again. Sometimes a complete turn off and power off will help too.

I need to be able to enter one url and get to my comcast email site.
That is no longer possible
when I enter comcast.net I get a useless news page with advertising no access to my email account
fire the person who designed this income producing monstrosity and let us get to our email inbox quickly.
I hate your NEW terrible email system…..
it is terrible and slow
and I hate having it tell me, on the bottomof my screen how many things it has to do, how many it still has to do and how many errors it has accumulated…. What a travisty…

can’t sign in to my account so that I can access my email. Comcast support just suggested to ‘reboot’. DUHH — they probably have expert training in being dumb. I’m leaving Comcast…
