    I hate cox webmail. It’s slow and the java scripting is a pain. It’s the worst thing about Cox as a provider.

    One of their marketers called me to ask if I wanted to buy their newest enhanced version of high speed. All I could do was LAUGH! I said, “You’ve got to be kidding! You think I’m going to pay more for the poor quality I now get with a bundle! No thanks! It’s the slowest webmail I’ve ever experienced. And their digital? It’s always reading “No Data” around 4 AM, 4 PM, etc. But they have a monopoly don’t they?

    Cox webmail is a joke its slower than a dog with no legs. They should be embarrassed 2 call this service anything but garbage ? Whats up? Price increase an still no improvement , put your profits towards giving us what we pay 2 much 4 already instead of in your pocket!!!!!!

    WHERE DID MY EMAILS FOR THIS DAY DISAPEAR?IT WAS THERE JUST AWHILE AGO AND NOW IT SAYS I DON’T HAVE ANY NEW MAILS.
    I NEVER GOT THE TIME TO READ THEM. I WANT THEM BACK PLEASE.

    My e-mail and my wife’s Sue(suemason8@cox.net) has not worked since the 23rd of Nov. We have tried everything as always, nothing works. Sue’s gets the same e-mail from the 23, each time she tries to get on the e-mail and mine nothing. It tell us it is cox, this is a never ending problem since we have had cox. PLEASE HELP US. Thank you, Jerry and Sue Mason

    i can not belive how bad the e-mail service is. they (cox) through out my pass word so many times unbeliveable so i changed from outlook to cox e-mail and now can not bring
    cox e-mail up

    cnn webmail is hopeless. I type in cnn .net and all I get is cnn .com– so I cannot get my e mail.
    Come on COX- put it right!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
