    I have called in twice about my phone a Nokia
    5610 and a loose part inside being loose. I’d
    like to change phones and remember that same
    problem with the phone which I returned. I
    spoke with a young lady who told me I could
    up grade but I am having problems finding the
    phones that I’m told I could choose from. Can
    you help ?

    not happy with reception, cannot make or get phone calls 80% of the time. unless im calling customer service. then i get at least 2 to 3 bars.

    i am feed up i have not got access to my account 7months now, i have send email and make a phone call still not resulved. i have all my detail s and correct because i wrote it down and kept it. please do something about this.

    I have been having issues with dropped calls frequently. This is a problem that has been and is still very irritating. At least 70 percent of my calls are dropped DAILY. This is not my first time complaining about this but I hope this will be my last. T MOBILE service sucks

    My fiance and I have been t-mobile customers for almost 3 years now. We have had service with many different carriers; even pre-paid, but we were never happy with any of our other service providers. Thanksgiving Day 2006 almost closing time we had our service interrupted with cellular one because we were 3 days late on our bill, at that point we had enough. we went to the t-mobile, the girl stayed late to help us & we cant see having any other service provider ever. We love t-mobile!!
