Unable to login to myspace. When I enter my e-maill address the password the page just resets its self. I have e-mailed them sevreal times and always get the same response and have done all the steps that were suggested in the reply e-mail. I have been locked out of one of my accounts since Novemeber 2009. Netcraft have an article describing a similar hack, way back in 2006. Hackers have penetrated the Myspace servers. The fake log in even catches tech savvy and security concious. Once they have your details, you are then locked out while they get down to business.
In my case one of my friends was scammed for £200 after she followed a link on my account profile page.
Worse is that the support staff do not appear to care about this. They simply forward a message with a link to reset the password. But it never works.
I reported the privacy breach but Myspace don’t give a flying f*ck as far as I can see.
I just want to delete the account now and I cannot. How does on go about suing Myspace ?

i had the same problem but what you could do is go to google and search the problem you had and find out how to fix it, sometimes it takes you directly to the myspace help page. my problem was that I was using apple Internet and not the original Internet so I had to go back to using the original internet and now it works perfectly fine

password not working – i thought myspace had security questions page,that help get into your page or accounts when there were a problem with your login or when you needed to use your information that myspace retreive when your first signing up.. questions like your dog name , your first teacher, your first car, your mothers maden name, your first boyfriend -you know inportant information that can prove u who you – loggin is the problem when you cant get in at all.please comment back. thanks , barbara

myspace will not let alot of people log in. It is a classic example of a arrogant company that ignores the wishes of its users and has loaded alot of garbage to con advertisers into buying add space. Millions have complained and all they tell users is to get used to it, ‘we know new things take getting used too’. Most find it hard to get used to garbage and any arrogant company that ignore complaints of it users deserves to go down. Write and complain to its advertisers and they might change

Myspace has locked my account for no reason!! And no matter how many times I reset the password it won’t unlock! Other friends have this same problem & I’ve received 2 different emails…one saying that the problem is resolved…liars…& the 2nd said they don’t know how to fix it! Sick of this because it’s been over two weeks while they sit by & do nothing as usual! They are the laughing stock of the entire internet & should be ashamed of their “New” & nonfunctioning website! apparntly loads of people can NOT log into myspace. For an entire week recently i kept getting phished and was locked out. I was able to get back in once and while I was in playing mobster game I got locked out from phishing. Now EVERYTIME I try to get an email reset sent to me it says it went but I go into my e-mail and NOTHING there. My space does not seem to care about this I have e-mailed them with all my account info and they say I have to fill out a declaration. Whichj means I need to know the exact day month and year I joined. I have over 4 accounts I play mobsters on I can’t possibly remember that! I guess they royally SUCK! They just DO NOT CARE!
