Recently Netflix announced that they will be spending $1 billion during the next five years in order to have the right to streaming online movies from Paramount, Lions gate and MGM.

      logining in and crashing of windows explorer. netflix says that it is a computer manufacturers problem. btu netflix worked fine until the second month of my service plan. i have changed or eliminated all of my settings to accomdate netflix. but the logining in still recycles several times and will not allow me to set in. i have tried cookies and firewalls and virus program fixes but nothing. anyone have a solution.

      It appears I am like hundreds of others who since going to movies on-line with you, can not get them. We have been charged a monthly bill
      for months now and have yet to be able to access Netflix once !!!!
      Netflix keeps telling me, we can not access at this time.
      Please send me a password (I never remember getting one or being asked for one), how to get on, and if you can not – please refund all of my monthly fees we have been paying without any service from you.

      netflix has been not working for many hours – phone number only sez call back later – still being angry about pricing changes, this may send me over the edge into canceling netflix – at least your customers deserve more of an explanation than to call back later -

      Netflix worked online for me until I went to bed late at night on 3/26/12. Awoke next day and tried to watch something and movies would not load, error message… it then said my version of silverlight needed to be deleted and reloaded..I did that 4 times, then called my son whos a computer tech wiz, He fiddled with my system via remote for several hours and even he was stumped enough to say *Bleep it, Call Netflix! Well I did, they explained it was a glitch in the system, wich explained hardly zilch… AND It’s STILL not working! Come On Netflix techs, what the heck???
