I have been a member for many years also, and I cannot sign in either. I keep getting an error message and a button that says “click here to return to home page” but when I click on the button, nothing happens.

I just spoke to someone from Netflix named Adam who said that they are experiencing an unexpected problem and they are currently working on it. He also said he’s received hundreds of calls regarding the same problem with other members. He suggested that we have patience while they try to find a solution to the problem.

Charges have been automatically made to our Visa account. On 6/23/09 I responded to an email from you in which I was told that my queque was empty. My response by return e-mail was to ask for a cancellation of my account. I received a reply saying they could not do this. Any future efforts to cancel have been unsucessful – no telephone # to talk to a live person; nothing by Googling. I have asked Visa to cancel the automatic charge for June and July.
Please consider this account canceled.

I see from comments that other folks are having trouble with their accounts. Tonight I can’t seem to access my account with my totally correct password.
