Hewlett Packard has thrown its hat into the ring with regards to the new trend of tablet computer which an increasing number of companies have been taking advantage of.

Although their new TouchPad might not prove to be quite as popular as the iPad, it is still certainly generating a lot of buzz from those cannot wait to see what it is actually like.

The rumors about the new tablet computer have been spreading like wildfire and one of them includes a price tag of $699 which could be somewhat appealing compared to the $799 price tag of the Android 3.0 Motorola Xoom.

Consumers are starting to get anxious with the rumors spreading about HP’s new TouchPad and all of the different features and specs it is supposedly going to have.

RIM Tablet To Run Android Apps: Report »

Rumors abound regarding the RIM tablet to run Android apps soon.

RIM finally unveiled its BlackBerry PlayBook in Autumn of 2010 with a new operating system that was developed by QNX Software. QNX Software was acquired by RIM in 2010 as well.

RIM, or Research In Motion, says it is developing a new software that allows its new BlackBerry Playbook Tablet to run the popular Android apps according to Bloomberg.

Customers of Walmart are going to be able to purchase the Verizon iPhone 4 on Thursday, February 10.

At almost 600 Walmart in-store wireless areas, customers will be able to use the smartphone and the Walmart stores will provide a variety of iPhone 4 and smart phone accessories such as chargers, hands free options, wraps, cases and more.

Catholic Confession App »

There seems to be an app out for everyone lately. Now, even the Catholic Church has one. For $1.99, you can download “Confession: A Roman Catholic App” to your iPhone, iPad, or iTouch.

Essentially, the app allows the user a personal examination of their own conscience, one that goes further than the normal church confession.

The app assists in the act of confession. It was not designed to replace it, but rather complement it by providing a list of suggested acts of contrition for those who have sinned.

Mark Zuckerberg Stalker Pradeep Manukonda Apology »

The man who was recently accused of stalking Mark Zuckerberg, the much storied founder of the social network website Facebook, made a public apology. He promised to stop stalking Zuckerberg and that he would leave him alone from now on.

His stalker says that despite what some of the rumors stated, he never intended to frighten or intimidate him, but rather get advice from the youngest Billionaire in the world.

TMZ officially reported on Monday that Zuckerberg recently took out a restraining order against Pradeep Manukonda because of the alleged unsolicited visits he made to numerous Facebook offices.

Samsung Intel Chip Refund Offered »

Samsung Electronics has announced that they will refund the money of whoever has purchased PCs with a faulty chipset made by Intel Corp.

Intel has stated that they recently discovered a problem in the very design of their chipset which is going to cost them around $1 billion in repairs as well as total lost revenue from selling computers with these chips in them.

The fact that they will have to delay the release of a new line of computers with this chip inside means even more money lost for the company.

Apparently there are six different computers set to be released in Korea as well as one new model in the U.S and the company plans to fully refund anyone who purchased a computer with one of these microprocessors in them.
