I have been entering and ordering from PCH since 1992. I have never won anything in my life and probably won’t ever win PCH, but what a ride. I really do enjoy entering the contest and a ordering a lot of the different items that I wouldn’t otherwise find. AND I WILL ALWAYS HAVE THE HOPE OF WINNING ONE OF THE BIG PRIZES! I have tried for months now to let you know that the Top Hat Papio Kit that you sent me was dead when it arrived. I was in the hospital for several days and my daughter got it out of the box and planted it per instructions but nothing happened, it was dead. She disposed of it. Later when I found out I tried to contact you in several ways. I do not pay for dead flowers. The first time I got on line it contact you I recieved a viris so if this dosn’t work today you can lose my business, can’t much computer repair!
