Thank you for providing the opportunity for me to participate in this drawing. Although the percentages are not favorable, I have faith to believe that somehow I will attend this Historic event as President – Elect Barack Obama takes the oath of office as President of these United States.
Tuesday, January 20, 2009 see you there.

I am one of those chattering Americans that you were so kind to mention. Not quite as informed or classy as the people at Obamma’s townhall meetings. Just the rabble, you know wife of a Physician, mother of 5, taxpayer, Just someone informed enough to watch debt being piled onto my childrens backs so you can pay off every special interest group that supported your party in the past or the future. Give my regards to George Sorros, he must be happy that the Government will pay for Acorn theft of vote so he wont have to reach for his wallet quite as much in 2010. Get a little man up Mr Schumer, answer your DC phone.

Obama has sent himself up as a one term President with all his plans for the American people. He’s killing us and our children and grandchildren. It’s time for you to remember what your job really is. You do not work for Obama, you do not work for the Dem. party. You work for the people of New York. If you ever wish to be re-elected, you much think with a clear head- not a party head. We did not elect you to be a yes man. Look at your state and what it needs. Forget the President, forget the Dem. party, think NEW YORK!!!!!! A lot of us are very unhappy with this president, we need more then chrisma and pretty speeches, we need someone to stop him from burying us. NOW IS YOUR TIME TO STAND. BECAUSE ” WE THE PEOPLE DO CARE ABOUT ALL THE PORK AND ADDS ON IN THIS NEW BUDGET”.

Dear Senator Schumer,
We would have come to Washington today to ask you face to face to PLEASE STOP THIS MADNESS REGARDING CHANGING HEALTH CARE, but were unable to do so. Hence this lengthy email.
Instead of this health care fiasco- Let’s eliminate the national debt. In one’s private affairs, if one were personally in debt, one would not be seeking to build an extension to one’s home. Let’s fix the health care we have. For example if there is alleged to be waste and fraud in Medicare why wait for a bill to be passed to go after it and eliminate such waste and fraud and thus save dollars. Do it now.
Our number one priority should be to eliminate the national debt. If our dollar is worth nothing then we can’t provide anything and that includes national security, helping less fortunate nations, etc. As and old “Brooklyn guy” we know you understand the NUMBER ONE PRIORITY IS TO GET OUT OF “HOCK.” We personally have never seen Chuck Schumer as a Democratic, Republican or part of any other political affiliation. We have seen you as a decent guy trying to do the right thing. Please do it in this instance. Respectfully Frank and Linda Lombardo
