2). All members of Congress, new and old, be required to attend and pass with a score of 90 on the meaning of “The Constitution of The United States of America as presented by our Founding Fathers not the distorted views of “Case Laws” as enacted by the modern day Congress this course would be taught by Chief Justice Roberts.

3).The person nominated to the Court be asked their “view” on each part of The Constitution. Then contrast their view with the view of our Founding Fathers. Who would know best as to what the Constitution means: Our Founding Fathers or the nominee? Have the nominee explain the “difference” between the two points of view and why.

4) If the person nominated to The Court “answers” parallel those of our Founding Fathers, then the nominee will be elected to The Court.

5) The Republican Party should verbally confirm the “core values” of The Constitution and then “run” on these values.

6) Require congress to pass the “fair tax” amendment. Thus “keeping” the promises made to our seniors to keep current levels of benefits and being able to “fund” the budget.

7) How to fix the banking problem? Require all banks/lending institutions to keep the loan at their location, no discounting of “notes” to the 2,3,4 or 5 parties and do away with Freddie and Fanny Mac.

Members of Congress do not know what The Constitution says. Congress takes an oath to up hold and defend the Constitution not defeat and destroy the Constitution with “what they think”.

America is dead!
I have been watching the destruction of America for so many years and I see little hope for saving her. Not that it couldn’t be done but because I see no one who understands how we got here and what needs to be done to fix it.

All I see is the conservative talking heads reporting on the progress of our destruction like doing play by play at a ball game.

The GOP is still clueless just as they were during the last election. They don’t represent me and doubt they ever will again. Sure they may have a chance to win back some power by default because the dems are so bad, but that will not save America because they will still be clueless.

Funny thing is that I know what needs to be done and I can’t reach anyone who cares. Even the conservatives like Glenn Beck have lost touch with “we the people”.

Consider this. We the working engineers and technicians who keep the electric plants running the water works making clean water etc have the power to force Obama out of office.
