on the 5:30 newscast the reporter stated nc representative heath shuler (who voted against the stimulus pkg) and sc governor mark sanford (who opposed the stimulus pkg) both commenting on the way nc and sc (respectively)
    might be using the $$$$$$$
shame on them……especially since sanford was quoted on the morning npr station as stating he might not even accept the $$$$$

shame on them……and i voted for shuler……i don’t think he is in touch with his district at this time……..apc

    greetings…..
on the 5:30pm broadcast 2/23/09…….you commented that sc governor mark sanford stated that he had never said he would not accept the stimulus $$$$….last week either on your station or npr…..he made a comment that sounded a whole lot like he might refuse the $$$…..i may be wrong …..i have been before….but i think he should be called on this……apc

ON tonight’s news you had an article about a female who needs a kidney. My husband has O- blood type, is 68 years old, and is interested in being a donor. Let us know how we access for more information.

I don’t think any games concerning abuse to a baby or anyone else should be allowed to sell. I think that a lot of people cannot tell the difference in real or games especially young people. They get involved with the games and think they can do the same in real life.

it was both sad and funny when Darcel Grimes, explaining about a mudslide said”residents who had lost their lives had decided not to rebuild”.maybe she should apologize to the families.

I have not seen Tammy Watford in about a month. Is she no longer associated with WLOS?
She was one of my favorite newscasters and I am curious if she is still employed by WLOS.
    Thank You.

stan, adam are you afraid of WESTERN NORTH CAROLINA? your sports coverage of WNC consists of asheville. you dont go west of franklin. we have other schools in WNC such as murphy, andrews, cherokee. you dont seem to want to come past tuscola. I thought wlos covered WNC.
maybe we should contact wyff or fox to see if the can come up here and cover WNC football. so dissappointed in your so called sports coverage.

I’m curious about Tammy Watford too. She is my favorite at WLOS. The station hasn’t said a word about her. If you find out where she is please post it. There are dozens of us that would like to know.
