“In true Staples fashion, we are using humor and creativity to engage our customers and get them excited about ‘Gift It For Free’.” Looks like all you have done is make it difficult for your customers to know what to do to enter this program: it is irritating to look over a website and not find a “simple” “easy” button to Click or block to fill out. I am a loyal, frequent Staples customer & appreciate your store & employees, but your handling of this thing disappoints me.
