    The easiest way to activate is by calling Netflix at # 1800-715-2135. The rep only took a minute to activate the xbox streaming for me.

    This is ridiculous, they say you have 12,000 movies to watch instantly on your TV and it only lists 4. I can only get them on the computer and NOT on the TV allthough I have a roku box.

    Netflix you were my heros. People who answered the phone I can actually understand what they are saying they are pleasent and very helpful. Kudos on your customer service.     Why is it telling me I have to put a code in to watch netflix on my Xbox 360? I never had this problem before. I’m pretty PO’d cuz I was planning on Kicking my feet up and watching a movie. P.S.     I am currently a subscriber. I have now bought a Samsung Blu-Ray player and have got your screen up on the tv. I am directed to go to netflix.com/activate and enter a code. When I go to the site, I see no place to enter the code. All that is there is a place to subscribe for $4.99 a month. Aren’t I already subscribed or is the service extra?

    I wrote yesterday, but I might not have included my email address. Now I have and hope to hear something soon.

    I have had a Netflix account and a Roku box for over a year and it has worked great in the past. After a few weeks not using it, I find it will not work. I’ve gotten several codes to activate my account, but my account was activated over a year ago and worked until now.

    2 Go to your account & help
    3 Scroll down to watch instantly on your tv or computer
    4 Choose activate netflix ready device.
    5 Enter code and your done.
